The challenge
Upturn, a strategy consultancy, had a templated website that looked generic and generated almost no inbound leads. They needed a site that communicated expertise, built trust, and prompted visitors to get in touch.
Our solution
We designed and built a bespoke Webflow site with a clear service hierarchy, case study previews, and a multi-step enquiry form. The design language communicates authority: dark navy, sharp typography, and data-led proof points above the fold.

Design & Copywriting
We led with outcome-focused headline copy: "Strategy that moves the needle." Every service page opens with a specific result before explaining the methodology. The proof section features real client metrics, not testimonial quotes alone.
Performance
Webflow's hosting is CDN-backed, but we further optimised by compressing all SVGs, using WebP images throughout, lazy-loading below-fold sections, and deferring non-critical JavaScript. Final Lighthouse: 95.
